Local Business Visibility

Make It Easier for Local Customers to Find the Right Information

When someone looks up a local business, they want your hours, address, phone number and what you do. We help make sure that information is accurate, consistent and easy to find.

This is guidance and setup, not control over Google. We cannot decide where you appear in Google or Maps, and we will not claim to. We make sure the facts you control are right.

What local visibility help can include.

Chosen to fit your business. A business with one shop has different needs than one that drives to customers.

Google Business Profile guidance

Advice on setting up and keeping your profile accurate. The profile stays yours, and you should always keep owner access.

Accurate website contact details

Name, address and phone number the same way everywhere, so no one sees two versions of your business.

Service-area presentation

Clear wording about which cities and neighborhoods you actually serve, so visitors can tell if you cover their area.

Service or location pages, where useful

Real pages for real services or real locations, when you genuinely have something different to say about each.

Map and contact links

Directions, click-to-call and contact links that work properly on a phone.

Reviews and listings guidance

How to set up a review link for customers, and guidance on Bing and other major listings.

Why consistent details matter.

Search engines and people compare what they find. If your website says one phone number, your profile says another, and an old directory lists a third, nobody knows which to trust.

We check your business name, address and phone number across your website and the places you tell us about, and we list what needs fixing. You decide what to change.

What we will not do

  • Create pages for cities you do not serve
  • Make up addresses, service areas or locations
  • Write the same page over and over with a different town name
  • Promise a Google or Maps ranking

Questions about local visibility.

Can you get my business into the top results on Google Maps?
No. Maps placement depends on factors Google controls. We can make sure your business information is accurate and complete, which is the part you can influence.
I travel to my customers and have no shop. Is that a problem?
No. Many service-area businesses do not show a street address publicly. We help you describe the areas you serve without publishing an address you do not want to share.
Will you build a page for every town near me?
Only if each page has something real and different to say. Pages that repeat the same text with a different town name do not help anyone, so we do not make them.
Who owns my Google Business Profile?
You should. We give guidance only. Keep your own owner access to the profile, and be careful about giving that access to anyone you do not know.
Is this included in a WestSideSite website?
A WestSideSite website shows your real contact details and service area, with structured business information. Profile and listing guidance is a separate, quoted service.
How is this priced?
It is a custom quote that depends on how many places your information appears and what needs correcting.

Let's get the facts right.

Tell us about your business and where your customers are, and we'll suggest what is worth fixing.
